Guided Hypnosis
Each final Hypnosis will last on average of 20 minutes which will be recorded for the client to listen to each night for at least 21 days for long lasting results. Although repeated usage is recommended- even just one use should provide noticeable changes. Something is always better then nothing.
The will be a pre-screening and discovery session done prior to the recorded hypnosis. The length for this part of the session is going to be dependent on each individual client's situation. But, the discovery portion should be expected to be on average between 15 minutes to about an hour.

Who Shouldn't Try Hypnosis?
